2. Payment Information & PCI-DSS Security

Your financial security is paramount. Online card and Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) transactions are processed directly through Paystack Payments Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. Ramiskin never stores, sees, or processes your credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or Mobile Money PINs. All server-to-server payment authorizations are protected by TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL encryption.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate commercial operations:

  • To package, dispatch, and deliver your orders accurately to your doorstep.
  • To send electronic receipts, delivery status updates, and WhatsApp courier notifications.
  • To manage your personalized customer account and order history.
  • To protect against fraudulent transactions and unauthorized storefront access.

4. Zero Third-Party Commercial Sharing

We will never sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal data to advertisers or third-party marketing brokers. Your delivery information (name, phone number, and address) is shared solely with vetted courier and dispatch riders executing your delivery.

We implement industry-standard STRIDE threat mitigation, database encryption, parameterized SQL queries, password hashing (bcrypt), and CSRF tokens across our storefront. Your records are retained only as long as necessary to comply with Ghanaian accounting regulations and consumer warranty requirements.
